Wikileaks Partially Muzzled But Not Silent

The Swiss Bank, Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and its Cayman Island subsidiary Julius Baer Bank & Trust (Jointly Baer) have been granted a temporary permanent injunction1 preventing Dynadot from hosting or resolving the transparency website Wikileaks Dot Org.

Evidently, Wikileaks Dot Org's anonymous users have published Baer documents which Baer considers harmful.

-----notes-----

1. The temporary injunction was granted by United States District Court Judge Jeffrey White. Apparently, the injunction prevents the California web hosting company Dynadot from hosting or resolving the URL wikileaks.org which is ineffective to prevent ip (http://88.80.13.160/) or foreign mirror site (http://wikileaks.be/wiki/Wikileaks) viewing.
