Open source spying is a very interesting discussion about the use of open blogs and wikis to turn our data collection agencies into useful information producers.

Using open source blogs and wikis will improve the signal to noise ratio of the data collection agencies' information product.

How long before open source spying (an oxymoron) entirely replaces closed source spying (an illusion or delusion - you pick)?
