You'll remember that the neocons used intelligence to demonstrate Iraq's connection to Al Qaeda like children use presents to demonstrate Santa Claus. Complete with Laurie Mylroie's assertion that Ramzi Yousef is not Ramzi Yousef but an Iraqi intelligence operative that assumed Ramzi Yousef's identity.
