Israel, like every other responsible nation in the world, must place its nuclear arsenal and capabilities under standard international regulatory regimes, notwithstanding any "understanding" to the contrary.
If Israel fails to place its nuclear arsenal and capabilities under standard international regulatory regimes it, too, must face international sanctions.
I urge any Israeli or American leader who think they have a "different understanding" with "the Americans" to publicly identify themselves so we can correct their misunderstanding.
