District Court Judge, Vaughn Walker declines the government's and AT&T's motion to freeze pre-trial discovery pending a ruling, by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, on his August 2006 ruling that the state secrets privilege was unavailable to dismiss the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) (Tash Hepting v ATT) lawsuit.
