Bush lied when he said there were no further individuals being held at CIA black sites. Unfortunately, Bush's behavior is more indicative of a third rate thug dictator than an American president.

It is currently estimated that Bush has failed to fully account for between 30 to 40 "disappearances" - the illegal detention or killing of an individual without account or legal process - and must do so, immediately

To date Bush has lied to, stonewalled, threatened, and bulling those working to uncover his breathtaking lawlessness.

Congress must immediately investigate and conduct open hearings into all these disappearances and black sites. Additionally, a special prosecutor must be appointed to investigate and prosecute Bush's lawlessness.
