Guantanamo Kangaroo Kommission Prosecutor, Colonel Morris Davis, criticizes defense attorney Major Michael Mori's public speeches critical of the Kangaroo Kommission under which his client David Hicks is being tried.
Colonel Davis should be lamenting the fact that the Guantanamo Kangaroo Kommissions aren't using the same United States Uniform Code of Military Justice that he wants applied to Major Mori.
Shame on prosecutor Colonel Morris Davis for participating in the political process of the Guantanamo Kangaroo Kommissions and then criticizing Major Michael Mori for giving political speeches on behalf of his client, David Hicks!

UPDATED 03/26/2007 BBC, Guantanamo hearing for Australian. David Hicks is expected to address his Kangaroo Kommission today. Regardless of Hicks' words the entire world, including every American must stand against these illegitimate Kangaroo Kommission.
Every Guantanamo detainee and every detainee being held in America's secret Star Chamber torture centers must be tried within our Article III judicial system or its equivlent military system.
In either system our standard constitutional due process, evidentiary, and procedural rules must be applied.
UPDATED 03/23/2007 US judge won't delay David Hicks' trial. United States District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly declines to stop Hick's Kangaroo Kommisson, scheduled to begin Monday, March 26, 2007, citing lack of jurisdiction.
Hopefully, Hick's lawyer will ask the Supreme Court to intervene and the Supreme Court will intervene to stop these Kangaroo Kommissions from further and fatally tainting America's system of justice.
