The disastrous ruling (see Misblog's Who Will Stop The Torture Update-16) of the District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, in Al Odah v. USA and Boumediene v. Bush, has been appealed to the United States Supreme Court.

The United States Supreme Court must reverse this ruling and declare the Military Commissions Act of 2006 (aka In Torture We Trust Act 2006 or American the Torturer Act of 2006) unconstitutional.
