Israel's ambassador to El Salvador was found, by police, in the front yard of his official residence drunk, naked, wearing a ball-gag, bound with ropes, amid other assorted sex-accessories.

Israel, was not amused by Ambassador, Tsuriel Raphael's public display of diplomatic entertainment and recalled him.

Ambassador, Tsuriel Raphael may be on to something here - humor and sex instead of hate and violence - hmmmm?
