A non-combatant, non-American, terror suspect, Abdul Malik, was transferred from an undisclosed location to Guantanamo over the weekend.
Malik and all other Guantanamo non-combatants accused of any crime against the United States must be held and tried under the jurisdiction of a United States District Court.
Non-combatants in United States custody and not accused of any crime must be released wherever they are held.
Combatants must be held and treated as prisoners of war under the Geneva Conventions and other applicable international laws of war until Congress declares an end to Bush's insane in perpetuity hostilities.
All combatants, accused of a crime must be tried under the jurisdiction of a United States District Court or a military equivalent or an international forum in accordance with international laws of war.
It is past-time to shut-down Guantanamo and all secret CIA torture centers. None of which should have ever been opened or operated.
Additionally, Bush, Cheney, Tenet, Goss, Hayden, Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, Gonzales et al. must be held fully accountable for the parts they played in authorizing and operating these illegal and unconstitutional torture centers.
