Kudos to Senator Feinstein on proposing legislation to close the Guantanamo Bay torture center. (Secrecy News has posted an advanced draft copy of the legislation here.)

There's no need to wait a year to shutdown the Guantanamo Bay torture center and cease the Kangaroo proceedings, procedures, and categories dreamed-up by the rogue Bush administration and its supporting sophist lawyers.
