Cargill wholesaler Sam's Club has issued a recall for E. coli contaminated Cargill hamburger patties with an expiration date of February 12, 2008 and UPC 0002874907056 Item #700141.
Cargill is currently cooperating with U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) to determine the extent of the E. coli contamination.
