During a plenary session the European Parliament adopts the final report (original pe382246.pdf) on CIA activities in Europe.

Over one thousand CIA-operated flights used European airspace from 2001 to 2005 and temporary secret detention facilities "may have been located at US military bases" in Europe, says the European Parliament in its final report on illegal CIA activities in Europe, adopted 14 February.
State actors involved in the illegal CIA rendition and secret torture centers program: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
All state actors must conduct their own independent investigation and publicly report the full and complete extent of their nation's involvement in the illegal CIA rendition and secret torture centers program.
All secret detention facilities must be publicly disclosed and immediately shutdown, including Guantanamo Bay. All those authorizing and participating in the illegal CIA rendition program(s) and secret detention centers must be held completely and fully accountable.1

"Warsaw—Official flight records obtained by rights groups confirm that at least six CIA rendition flights landed in Poland in 2003 and reveal details of a cover-up by U.S. and Polish authorities. The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) provided the flight logs in response to a freedom of information request filed by the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in collaboration with the Open Society Justice Initiative."
